F81 Cat Kidney Cell Line
Introduction
OriCell™ F81 Cat Kidney Cell Line is an engineered cell line derived from primary feline kidney cells through serial passaging and clonal selection. The cells grow as an adherent monolayer in vitro and can be continuously subcultured under appropriate culture conditions. F81 cells are highly susceptible to a variety of animal viruses, including canine parvovirus (CPV), feline panleukopenia virus (FPLV), feline calicivirus (FCV), feline infectious rhinotracheitis virus (FIRV), and mink enteritis virus (MEV).
F81 cells are widely used for research involving viral propagation and vaccine development, including the preparation of vaccine-related viral stocks.
