0.1% Gelatin Solution
Introduction
Gelatin is a powder derived primarily from animal skin and bone through processes such as washing, hydrolysis, filtration, gelation, pulverization, and other steps. Its main components are amino acids and polypeptides with a consistent composition but a broad molecular weight distribution.
OriCell™ 0.1% Gelatin Solution is mainly composed of high-purity gelatin and deionized water. After aseptic processing, it appears as a clear, transparent liquid. This solution is commonly used as a coating agent in cell culture to enhance the adhesion of poorly adherent cells. The concentration is suitable for most cell types and can be used directly without dilution.
