Exosomes Extraction Kits

Exosomes are membrane-bound vesicles with a diameter of approximately 30 to 150 nm that are released into the extracellular space after the fusion of multivesicular bodies with the cell membrane. They have a structure similar to the phospholipid bilayer of cells and are characterized by various specific membrane proteins on their surface. Inside, they carry a variety of important biological signaling molecules, including proteins, RNA, and DNA. Exosomes are widely distributed in various body fluids, such as blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva, breast milk and bile. OriCell™ offers a unique isolation technology that enables the rapid extraction of large quantities of exosome particles from cell culture supernatants. These exosomes can be utilized in related experiments, including cell biology and animal studies.
