Y-27632

Introduction

Y-27632 (Y-27632 Dihydrochloride) is a selective inhibitor of ROCK1 and ROCK2. The addition of Y-27632 to serum-free embryonic stem cell and induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) culture systems can significantly reduce cell apoptosis and improve colony formation efficiency. Through extensive optimization by our R&D team, this product has been developed as an auxiliary reagent suitable for the routine culture of most iPSC lines.

OriCell™ Y-27632 has been validated in the culture of multiple iPSC lines. It promotes high cell attachment efficiency after dissociation and seeding, enhances cell recovery, and supports rapid cell proliferation, thereby maximizing overall cell viability. Extensive data have shown that OriCell™ Y-27632 is suitable for most commonly used iPSC lines during thawing and passaging.

Product Stability and Storage Conditions

• Use the product within the shelf life. Do not use it after the expiration date.
• This product is a 10 mM solution. Please add or use according to your experimental requirements.
