Introduction

OriCell™ Mycoplasma Removal Agent (MRA) is a specialized reagent developed by our company for inhibiting and eliminating mycoplasma contamination during cell culture. It is designed to both treat existing mycoplasma contamination and prevent potential infections. This reagent effectively suppresses and removes various mycoplasma species at low working concentrations, exhibits no toxicity to eukaryotic cells, and can be used in combination with penicillin and streptomycin. OriCell™ Mycoplasma Removal Agent is provided as a 100× solution. For cell culture applications, dilute it 100-fold by adding 1 mL of the reagent to 99 mL of complete medium.

Product Stability and Storage Conditions

• This reagent should be stored protected from light at -20°C with a shelf life of 12 months. If stored protected from light at 4°C, the shelf life is 1 month.
• If it cannot be used up within a short period, aliquot it and store separately. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Please use it within the shelf life, as expired reagents may significantly affect performance.
