Blebbistatin

Introduction

Blebbistatin is a selective non-muscle myosin II ATPase inhibitor. In serum-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) culture systems, the addition of Blebbistatin can significantly reduce apoptosis and improve colony formation efficiency. Through extensive optimization by our R&D team, this product has been developed as an auxiliary reagent suitable for the routine culture of most iPSC lines.

OriCell™ Blebbistatin has been validated in the culture of multiple iPSC lines. It demonstrates high post-digestion attachment efficiency, strong recovery capacity, and rapid proliferation after seeding, thereby maximizing overall cell viability. Extensive data have shown that OriCell™ Blebbistatin is suitable for most commonly used iPSC lines during thawing and passaging.

Product Stability and Storage Conditions

• Protect from light. The product has a shelf life of 1 year and should be stored at -80 °C.
• It is recommended to aliquot into small volumes after the initial thaw to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Use the product within the shelf life. Do not use it after the expiration date.
• This product is a 10 mM solution. Please add or use according to your experimental requirements.
