Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (1X)
Introduction
OriCell™ Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (1X) is a buffer solution widely used in cell biology research experiments. It can not only be used as cell washing solution, cell separation buffer, and cell or tissue transfer buffer, but also can used as a biological protein reagent buffer. In addition, HBSS without calcium and magnesium ions can be used for resuspension after cell digestion.
OriCell™ Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (1X) is a ready-to-use stock solution with a pH of 7.2–7.4.
