Introduction
The LL/2 (LLC1) Mouse Lewis Lung Cancer Cell Line was established from the lungs of a C57BL/6 mouse bearing a tumor resulting from the implantation of primary Lewis lung carcinoma. It has been reported that this cell line is resistant to 1, 3-bis-(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea but sensitive to methotrexate. Studies have shown that LLC cells are highly tumorigenic but exhibit low metastatic potential in mice.
