小鼠小肠内分泌细胞系（STC-1）是一种肠道神经内分泌细胞系，来源于双转基因小鼠的肠道肿瘤，1990年从一只10~13周大的癌症C57BL/6小鼠的肠道中分离出来。
STC-1常用小鼠小肠的相关研究，如燕麦分离蛋白消化特性和消化产物对STC-1细胞分泌胆囊收缩素影响的研究等。
