非洲绿猴肾细胞系（CV-1）是 1964 年由 JensenFC 从一只成年雄性非洲绿猴的肾脏中分离出来细胞株。

CV-1 可用于 Rous 肉瘤病毒的转染研究，可作为 SV40 载体的转染宿主。
