OriCell™ MLTC-1 Mouse Leydig Cell Tumor Cell Line
小鼠睾丸间质细胞瘤细胞系（MLTC-1）是将M548OP Leydig细胞肿瘤移植到C57BL/6小鼠体内，最后分离纯化得到；该细胞保留了原始肿瘤对激素的反应，如人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、促黄体生成素、霍乱毒素、氟化钠和鸟酰-5′-酰脲二磷酸处理可刺激膜腺苷环化酶的活性。
