OriCell™ G422 Mouse Glioma Cell Line
小鼠神经胶质瘤细胞系（G422）是在 1964 年建株的，甲基胆蒽植入 Km 小鼠脑内诱发星形细胞瘤，传至第 120 代后转为胶质细胞瘤。瘤细胞悬液在同系小鼠皮下、肌肉、脑内移植，成功率均为 100%。
G422 可用于咖啡酸苯乙酯衍生物 PEC01 抗小鼠 G422 神经胶质瘤药效学作用及其机制；HPPH 光动力学治疗鼠 G422 脑胶质瘤诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的实验观察。
