OriCell™ GC-1 spg Mouse Spermatogonial Cell Line
小鼠精原细胞系（GC-1 spg）是一种来源于10日龄雄性 BALB/c 小鼠睾丸的上皮细胞系，经质粒 pSV3-neo（含有 SV40 大T抗原和新霉素抗性）转化而使 B 型精原细胞永生化，故该细胞基因组整合含有 SV40 病毒 DNA 序列。
GC-1 spg 可用于增塑剂 DEHP 通过铁死亡途径抑制小鼠 GC-1 spg 精原细胞生长以及白藜芦醇对 GC-1 spg 细胞氧化应激损伤的作用研究。
