OriCell™ A7r5 Rat Thoracic Aortic Smooth Muscle Cell Line
大鼠胸大动脉平滑肌细胞系（A7r5）是从胚胎大鼠的主动脉胸平滑肌中分离的成纤维细胞样细胞，细胞培养到稳定期后，表现出长高的肌激酶和肌氨酸磷酸激酶活性(CPK)；A7r5 细胞分裂终止后合成骨肉型CPK。
A7r5 常用于癌症的研究，如田蓟苷对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖、迁移、表型转化及 Notch1 信号通路调控的影响等。
