OriCell™ PIEC Porcine Hip Artery Endothelial Cells
猪髋动脉内皮细胞系（PIEC）从猪髋动脉内皮组织中分离而来，通过胰蛋白酶和胶原酶联合消化法解离成单个细胞，再通过差速贴壁法富集内皮细胞从而获得 PIEC 细胞，是贴壁生长的上皮细胞样细胞系。
猪髋动脉内皮细胞系（PIEC）常用于基于 CRISPR/Cas9 技术的 PIEC 细胞 FTO 基因敲除及代谢影响研究、人 B7H1 和 mCIITA 转染的猪血管内皮细胞系 PIEC 诱导 SLA Ⅱ类基因低表达和激活 CD4+Tr1 调节性 T 细胞等研究。
