中国仓鼠卵巢细胞系（CTLA4 Ig-24）是 CHO 细胞以人 CTLA-4 基因细胞外结构域序列和人 IgC γ-1 的绞链区，CH2 和 CH#区序列的融合结构转染，构建的一株细胞系；CTLA4 Ig-24 表达融合蛋白(CTLA4Ig)。
CTLA4 Ig-24 是研究应用 HLA 半相合供,受者间单向混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC)体系,体外检测了联合应用 TJU103 和 CTLA4-Ig 对供者 T 细胞增殖以及表型和分泌细胞因子的影响。
