OriCell™ HSC-T6 Rat Hepatic Stellate Cell Line
大鼠肝星形细胞系(HSC-T6)取自雄性 Sprague-Dawley 繁殖大鼠的原代星状细胞，经 SV40 转染培养建立永生化细胞系，HSC-T6 细胞可以作为研究肝维甲酸储存和代谢的模型。HSC-T6 细胞最初报道是从雄性大鼠中建立的，但后来显示（PubMed=35681478）具有雌性核型。
HSC-T6 可用于 CCl4 诱导的肝纤维化小鼠和 HSC-T6 细胞 miR-122 水平变化及其意义探讨；同时可作为肝纤维化的研究模型，探讨其发病机制。
